Understanding our Data Retention Policy for Deleting Portal Data and Accounts

Introduction

  1. Trial Account Expiry: Data and accounts from trials that don't convert into purchases will be deleted 30 days after the trial ends.

  2. Paid Account Termination: Data and accounts linked to paid accounts that are terminated will be deleted 90 days after termination.

  • Retention Period: Data and accounts from terminated paid accounts will be kept for 90 days after termination.

Irreversible Deletion

When data and accounts are deleted, they are permanently and irreversibly removed from our system. Please exercise caution when initiating this process, as there is no way to retrieve the deleted information.

Your Responsibility

To extend the life of your data beyond the designated retention periods, it's crucial to back up your information. The responsibility for maintaining copies of your data lies with you.
