About Gradient MSP:

Zorus Billing Reconciliation with Gradient Synthesize Platform:
A Zorus user with the below Permissions, will see a navigation item in the Integrations: Enable Integration and the Billing section of Portal called Gradient MSP.
Permissions required:
- Access Integration
- Manage Billing
Upon navigation to the Gradient MSP Integration page, you will simply need to enter your Gradient Partner API key to get connected.
Once connected, you will be presented with options to manage the integration and a Zorus Customer grid of what licensing data is being sent to Gradient Synthesize to reconcile.
Manage Gradient Connection
- Disable - remove the API connection with Gradient Synthesize and stop syncing any Zorus data.
- Sync Now - manually push an update to Gradient Synthesize.
- Last Synced - the last time Zorus Customer Licensing was synced to Gradient Synthesize.
- Note: A nightly sync is configured by establishing an initial API connection.
Zorus Customer Licensing Information
- Customer Name - Zorus Customer
- (Coming Soon!) Enabled Endpoint - the total number of Endpoints with any Zorus Product enabled
- Filtering Licenses - the total number of Endpoints using DNS Content Filtering license
- CyberSight Licenses - the total number of Endpoints using a CyberSight license
