Zorus's solutions are billed based on a tiered model starting at a 100 users and scaling to tens of thousands. We offer the following types of billing models:
1) Flexible month-to-month billing
2) Contract for 1 year
Month-to-month:
Zorus bills partners on a prorated basis for the initial subscription starting on the day of the purchase until the end of the month. For example: if a Partner purchases seats on January 15th, they are billed on a prorated basis from January 15 - January 31. Starting February 1st, 2019, the billing commences on the first of the month for all subsequent months.
In the event a partner wants to add more users mid-month, additional seats are billed the same way. If a Partner would like to reduce the number of users the request will be effective the next first of the month billing cycle.
Contracts:
For those Partners in a 1 year contract, the contract term is initiated from the next first of the month and a prorated charge is applied from the date of purchase until the end of the month. For example, if a Partner purchases a 1-year contract on January 15th, the contract will commence on February 1st and a prorated charge will be applied from January 15 - January 31.
