v4.17.5 - March 31, 2025

Interface Improvements

  • Added a Report Miscategorization option to the URL Lookup Tool on the Policy Categories page and Resources Center
  • Enhanced the URL Lookup Tool to provide more flexibility when searching for URLs

Product Updates

  • Removed Legacy Menu Options related to Legacy Policies
  • Removed one MDL provider due to a high number of false positives

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the CSV Export Limit for CyberSight Activity Logs was not honoring selected filters or allowing more than 10,000 records
  • Fixed an issue where CyberSight Timeline Reports displayed inconsistent data across the same reports
  • Fixed an issue where users with Reports & Logs permissions could not see the Endpoint list on the Endpoint Logs tab
  • Fixed an issue where users with Reports & Logs permissions could not filter or select WANs on the Network Logs tab
  • Fixed an issue where licensing counts did not sync to Autotask properly on initial setup or when an Endpoint was enabled/disabled
  • Fixed an issue where the Gradient Integration was generating duplicate customers in the mapping wizard

Interface Improvements

  • Administrators now have the capability to modify unblock request notification settings for each individual user
  • Introduced bulk action options that allow administrators to easily enable or disable unblock request notifications for multiple users directly from the Users grid

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where subscription updates were not properly reflected in the Portal
  • Fixed an issue that caused new invoices to show inaccurate dates and prevented proper sorting on the Invoices page.

New Features

  • Revamped Licensing System & ACH Payment Support: We've modernized the licensing system across the Portal, improving license management and reliability while introducing more flexible billing options.

    • ACH payment support added for USD transactions
    • All Portal pages and dashboards now use updated licensing code, with old logic removed
    • Portal Lock behaviors adjusted based on subscription status for better access control
    • Refreshed UI template for a cleaner, more intuitive experience

Interface Updates

  • Moved Alerts to the Legacy menu for better organization.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where agent attributes (Endpoint status, Local IP, etc.) were not updating in the Portal in real time
  • Fixed an issue where CyberSight report data did not match for the same date range when comparing all endpoints versus a single selected endpoint
  • Fixed an issue where endpoint registration did not respect CyberSight group settings
  • Fixed an issue where the legacy endpoint grid always showed CyberSight as enabled

  • Full URL and IP Filtering Now Available: You can now enable Full URL and IP Filtering directly in the Zorus Portal for advanced browser-level protection. This feature inspects full URLs and IP addresses for threats, providing an extra layer of security for browser-based traffic.

      • To activate, simply check the box under the Policies: Settings tab. Please note: this feature is available only for Windows devices and requires Agent v4.5.0.0 and the Zorus CyberSight™ Browser Extension. Ensure all Windows devices are updated to utilize this capability.

        • Prevent Harmful Links: Identify and block malicious URLs, including those concealed within trusted domains.

  • Fixed an issue where license counts for Filtering and CyberSight did not align across different areas of the product, ensuring accurate tracking of endpoints
