Zorus Network Security - Migrate to Network Filtering powered by DNSFilter

A simple migration experience to help you move your legacy WANs to the new Network Filtering platform powered by DNSFilter.

Migrating Legacy WANs to the New Network Filtering Platform

We’ve introduced an easy migration process to help you transition your legacy WANs to our new Network Filtering experience. It’s powered by DNSFilter behind the scenes, giving you improved performance and policy control—while maintaining visibility during the transition.

Migration Deadline All migrations must be completed by December 31, 2025. After that date, legacy WANs will no longer be supported or visible.

Migration Options (Per Customer)

Migration is performed per customer. Before starting, navigate to:

Customers > Networks > WANs (Legacy)

From there, you can choose how to migrate:

  • Migrate All: Use the Migrate All button to move every eligible WAN for that customer.

  • Migrate Individually: Use the Migrate 1/1 option next to each WAN to migrate selectively.

Migration Flow

When you initiate a migration, a simple two-step modal will guide you through the process:

  1. Confirm and Export (Optional)
You’ll see a summary of the WAN details and have the option to export the configuration before proceeding.

  2. Migrate to the new Network Filtering Platform
    1. Click Migrate to automatically configure your existing WAN setup in the new Network Filtering experience powered by DNSFilter, applying your existing policy configuration.
⚠️ Once you confirm, the migration cannot be undone.
  3. Update IP Resolvers to DNSFilter

    1. After migration, update your DNS resolvers to to point to the new IPs:
Primary: 103.247.36.36
Secondary: 103.247.37.37

After Migration

  • The original legacy WAN will still appear in the Legacy tab with a Migrated tag in the WAN column.

  • Legacy WANs cannot be edited after migration; they can only be deleted once your DNS resolvers are pointed to the new IP(s).

Visibility and Cleanup

  • Legacy WANs and their associated logs will remain available per Customer until the last legacy WAN is deleted.

  • Once all legacy WANs are removed, the legacy grid and log tabs will no longer be visible.
