Reset MFA for Subaccounts
Article Explaining How to Reset MFA
In the chance that one of your subaccount users has lost access to the email or authenticator app for the Zorus MFA code, here are the steps to reset it.
- Go to User management
- Find the user you need to reset the MFA for and click edit.
- When in the edit page, go to the MFA toggle, and change it to "None" then save the user.
- Go back now and toggle it to whatever MFA they would like to use and hit save again and next time they log in it will ask them to set up their MFA again.
